The cost of an uncontested case is $850.00 for one tenant, which includeds the filing fees, service of process, the sheriffs fee to execute the writ of possession, and the attorneys fee. Each additional tenant defendant is $57.00.
Evictions generally take three weeks from filing to execution of the writ of possession.
